pleased to announce the Fifth Australasian Egyptology Conference
to be held in Auckland on the 7th-9th September 2018. A keynote
address and reception will be held on the evening of Friday 7th
September.

Continuing on from the success of previous meetings at Monash
University in 2009, The University of Auckland in 2011, and
Macquarie University in 2014, the fifth conference aims to
provide a forum for practising scholars and postgraduate
students to share research on the art, archaeology, language
and literature of ancient Egypt. Participation is open to all
regional and international Egyptologists whose research explores
the pre-pharaonic, pharaonic, and/or post-pharaonic periods.
